Electricity – ensure all bulbs are switched off when not in use, minimize their use during the day when there is natural light. Check whether any of your electronics is on a stand-by mode and unplug them off as they always consume half the electricity they do when they are on ‘full’ working mode.

Car – when buying a car, always bring a friend or family around and let them say something like ‘why don’t you postpone this purchase to next week so you can make an informed decision”. This will exert more pressure on the sales representative and are sure to give you a very good deal. Besides, bringing a friend a long will be beneficial as they can always see the things that you could be missing such as scratches on the car that could incur more cost on your, extra charges etc.
